⏰ Hours: Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays (Variable)
📢 About the Role:
We are looking for new Festival Volunteers to help everything run smoothly and make sure everyone has an amazing time!
From greeting guests to bringing energy on the route and finishers zone to supporting behind the scenes or welcoming guests, there’s a role for everyone. We’re looking for positive, hands-on helpers ready to jump in, get stuck in, and have fun while doing it! 🎉
Here are a few ideas of some of the roles & responsibilities available, but be prepared to turn your hand to anything!
🧾 Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
🎟️ Ticket Scanning & Entry Management
Welcome guests and scan tickets at entry points 🙌
Assist with wrist-banding and entry queries
Provide clear directions and information to attendees 🗺️
🎒Bag Drop
Distribute bag tags to runners by numbers🔢
Keep the bag drop zones organised 🔵
Keep the area maintained for easy flow of bag drop swaps 🎒
🏃Route Marshalling
Cheer on the runners at different points in the race📣
Making sure routes are stuck to and runners know where to go ➡
Supporting with Finishers Zone and handing out water to runners 💧
🤝 Guest Support & Customer Service
Help guests with directions, general information, and queries ❓
Offer friendly and professional assistance to ensure a great experience 😊
Support lost property processes and basic crowd management 👥
