Entry

You must show your ticket QR code on arrival to collect your festival & race day wristband. Please have this ready whilst walking to the Event Site.

No Entry

If you do not have the correct ticket, you will not be allowed entry to the site or race.

Arrival

Queues can get quite long due to the post-work rush to the events. We recommend arriving as early as possible especially if you are signed up for an earlier race. Please check race arrival times via Race Information FAQs for further details.

Running with a dog is not permitted at this event, but spectators are welcome to watch the race with their dogs. We merely ask that they remain on a lead at all times. Dogs are also not permitted in the event village.

You will be directed to the bag drop within the Event Village where you can leave your belongings throughout the race and after party.

All belonging must fit within the race bag. Anything left in the bag drop is at your own risk.

Collection

If you are collecting your bib you must be able to collect the bib by 18:30 from Riverside East.

Postage

Bibs will be sent out 1 week from the event date. If your bib does not arrive you will be able to pick up a spare on the day at Riverside East.

Transfers

There are no swaps or transfers allowed.

We use chip timing technology at majority of our race day events. This ensures that your race time is measured properly and accurately.

Accuracy:

You can be confident that every racer will receive accurate race timing owing to our chip timing technology. Everyone has an equal chance of earning their best time because to this technology's accuracy and fairness guarantees.

Reliable:

You can be confident that your racing accomplishments will be accurately reported because this event is meticulously measured.

Food Vendors

Food is available from Riverside East during the event hours.

Drinks

Our FNL OnlyCans & Beer & Gear bars will be open alongside Riverside East from 17:00-00:00. Last orders at FNL Bars are no later than 23:30. There will be alcoholic and non-alcoholic options for purchase. Riverside East will also be serving drinks from their bar

Freebies

You are allowed to grab a free PerfectTed Matcha Energy Drink and Gin&Juice Canned Spirit from the PerfectTed Corner and Only Cans bar, respectively.

Drinks Token

You can purchase a Drinks Token on arrival to quickly pick up a beer (0% inc.) can of your choice.

By Car: Get the full instructions here. It is paid parking. Please do not drive if you plan on drinking.

By Train: Stratford Underground Station is a 15-minute walk from Riverside East and has frequent trains via London Underground Stations.

By Bus: Buses run frequently into the area with Stratford being the closest bus stop.

Entry Deadline

There are 300 Early Entry places. Once they go you will be permitted to pay General Entry prices.

You can sign up to a race up till the day before the event. The tickets close at 12:00 on the 16th May. Please note tickets may be sold out earlier than the deadline.

Gate Tickets

Unfortunately, you will not be allowed to purchase any tickets the day of the event. Please make sure to purchase a ticket before May 16th.

Planning

We advise you purchase your ticket and choose your race with enough time to spare!

Answer

The course will be run on pavements and paths within Olympic Park.

This is not a closed road event and is within the Olympic Park.

The 10km race will begin from 19:30 from Riverside East

Please make your way to the Race Start at least 20mins before your race begins. It is your responsibility to arrive on time for your race.

Please be aware that the information supplied is subject to change. We recommend consulting the guide, which will be sent closer to the event.

Sold-Out Event

Unfortunately, if we've reached full capacity, we're unable to allow any more tickets to be sold online or at the gate. Please check our Festivals page for future events!

Important

It's essential to mention that we do not offer resale, refunds, or ticket swaps. You must attend the event with your ticket!
