Friday Night Lights, London's own community, returns with a slew of partners and bringing back the much loved Late Night Run and after party. This is not just a running event; it's a summer party!

You know it's a party when we bring in Cano Water DJ Set Up, cans upon cans of PerfecTed Matcha, the Clean Co alcohol free Cocktails team, the FNL x FourPure 0% Lager Taps, and Studio Reformer Pilates offering top advice and examples.  

Friday Night Lights are bringing the best of both fitness and social worlds into one space and hosting our very own late night run and rave in the heart of South West London.

A night revolving around running and wellness, with a big a line up of live DJs, PerfectTed Energy corner, FNL bar, and freshly cooked onsite food from our multiple vendors; all the traditionl social scene backed up with a 'wellness multi-activity line up' which will be happening throughout the evening.

🏃 Spectacular Night Rave Run | 5k, 7.5k & 10km: Vibe Merchants' SoundSystem for an epic run: Club Room 6:00min per KM pace. Bring your best Rave Wear - neon, lights, glowsticks, everything all welcome. Go go go go BIG. 

🪩Afterparty Until 11:30pm | Turning Battersea into our own little after party until 23:30 with DJ Sets from resident DJ Farhannah & Guests!

🧘‍♀️Yoga, Pilates, & Flexibilty | Yoga meets rave in our Yoga Rave Retreat! Flow through sun salutations to the beat of live DJ mixes. Good vibes – immerse yourself in a yoga session that feels more like a dance party.

🙆‍♀️Studio Pilates | Will be offering major pilates advice and showcasing some some great skills on the reformer apparatus!

💆Massage Team | A fleet of massueses brought in to deliver non-stop 15 minute sports massages! 

🍴Food Vendors | All In A Box | Onsite food vendors cooking up some great food to help fuel you!

🥤PerfectTed | Grab yourself a can of matcha ENERGY! We're not huge on drinking but our events are LOUD so arrive early, grab the unmissable green cans of PerfectTed and soak up the pre-run electric atmosphere!

🎒  Bag Drop | Unattended bag drop left at your own risk! 

🥫Cano Water | Don't bottle it. The coolest water (as if that's a thing) in town will be joining the party. 

🍸 CleanCo | 0% Cocktails from our guys next to us fighting the healthy fight! The best 0% cocktails in the city, right here at Friday Night Lights  

🍺FNL x FourPure 0% Bar | Bar serving ice cold 0% Lagers and IPA's drinks !

👨‍⚕Drop In Physio Clinic |  Phsyio's onsite to keep you in ship-shape offering a free drop-in physiotheraphy clinic on the night. Any naughty niggles? Grab a walk in appointment and get yourself looked at by the team.

🎵 Mobile SoundSystem | Strapped to the backs of the FNL Team, our SoundSystem will have you stepping it to our Fright Night Light favourites as we work our way around Battersea Park. Let the music push you forward, and propel each stride as you conquer your kilometres. A perfect blend of rhythm and running.

🎊 Post-Run Pints: Battersea Park is an open public space and therefor you are allowed to BYOB. There is security onsite who will be monitoring quantities being brought in and any misbehaviour you will be removed from the event and park immediately. Don't wanna drink? Grab a 0%. We support that - no pressure at FNL to drink if you don't want to. We got you.
