Your average weekend’s been left behind like a soggy Reading tent, this one’s a sweaty, indie-drenched blur of running, music and questionable dance moves.
Clock off, swap the gilet for something you wouldn’t mind spilling Amstel on, and ease into the weekend with FNL party shakeout. Pick your poison 5k, 7.5k or 10k around Battersea Park. Loosen up at the physio tent (because let’s be real, your knees aren’t what they were at 16), stretch it out with yoga, refuel with good food or anything that isn’t a Tesco meal deal, take a sip on something cold (0% counts too, but we won’t tell the boys), before bashing our your best David Brent dance moves to I bet “I Bet That You Look Good on the Dancefloor” and partying into the night.
