London's Fitness mini-fest! An evening under the City sunsets, filled with sweat, smiles, and beats that will make your heart pump and your spirit soar.

The London's ultimate fitness fiesta is not just an event; it's a party for your body, mind, and soul! 

Friday Night Lights are bringing the best of both fitness and social worlds into one space and hosting our very own festival in the heart of the London Olympics!

ASICS shoe trials, giveaways, games, and gifts galore! ASICS will be bringing the goods and bringing our community event to the next level, continuing to launch the new Gel Kenayno with Friday Night Lights. The ultimate street cruiser and perfect for our community. 

A night revolving around running and wellness, with a big a line up of live DJs, PerfectTed Energy corner, Big Drop Brewery bar, and freshly cooked onsite food from our multiple vendors; all the traditionl social scene backed up with a 'wellness multi-activity line up' which will be happening throughout the evening.

🏃 Spectacular Night Run | 6k & 10km: Experience the city's vibrant energy like never before as we run the park with the Vibe Merchants' SoundSystem for an epic 5&10km run. 1 pace, 1 group. 6:00min per KM pace.

🏋HYBRID Fitness Challenge | Loud music. Huge energy. Figh intensity. The dynamic challenge blend various workout styles, combining strength training, cardio, and functional movements. Winner takes all!

🧘‍♀️Yoga, Pilates, & Flexibilty | Yoga meets rave in our Yoga Rave Retreat! Flow through sun salutations to the beat of live DJ mixes. Good vibes – immerse yourself in a yoga session that feels more like a dance party.

💆Massage Team | A fleet of massueses brought in to deliver non-stop 15 minute sports massages!

🥤PerfectTed | Grab yourself a can of matcha ENERGY! We're not huge on drinking but our events are LOUD so arrive early, grab the unmissable green cans of PerfectTed and soak up the pre-run electric atmosphere!

🍺Big Drop Brewery | Fully licensed bar serving drinks from 6pm onwards!

👨‍⚕Drop In Physio Clinic |  Phsyio's onsite to keep you in ship-shape offering a free drop-in physiotheraphy clinic on the night. Any naughty niggles? Grab a walk in appointment and get yourself looked at by the team.

🍴Food Vendors | Onsite food vendors cooking up fresh food onsite offering Carb Load and Protein Punch meals all night!

🎵 Mobile SoundSystem | Strapped to the backs of the FNL Team, our SoundSystem will have you stepping it to our Fright Night Light favourites as we work our way around Battersea Park. Let the music push you forward, and propel each stride as you conquer your kilometres. A perfect blend of rhythm and running.

🪩Afterparty Until 11pm | In the Main Arena tent, with a fully licensed bar, our Live DJ's, and our Festival Pro SoundSystem. Not fancy a knees up? Outside we've got our mellow 'AREA 2' space; soak in the sun, enjoy a bite to eat, and live it up in our chilled outside area.

Transition seamlessly from activities into the after party social scene t and join your fellow runners to celebrate a PB or drown you sorrows. Don't wanna drink? Grab a 0%.
