Saturday morning with the Healthcare Club
A group for a run up and down South Bank. We're not here to race, just to head out on a plod down the river led by the Healthcare club, who are a community on a mission to help improve the health of healthcarers.
Whether that’s by moving our bodies or by bringing likeminded people together - this community hopes to make a difference in healthcare.
Healthcarers continually provide outstanding care to those who need it, but sometimes this can lead to struggles in their own health due to long hours and stressful situations. This can lead to poor health and burn out and this is something we want to help with.
Whether you are a doctor, medical student, nurse, psychologist, dietician, physio, HCA, nutritionist, paramedic etc etc. - this community is for all that work in healthcare. And together, let us improve our health so we can help more people.
