Vibes being dealt from our Sound System for track running like you've never known it. Just coming for fun or to get a session in, we gotcha' covered with a variety of pace groups an formats throughout the night. 3x Sessions on one night: 1x Group Run, 1x Paced Session, and 1x Free Run session!

On the night we'll have 3x 20-30min Sessions:

• Group Run: 6:00min KM's - One pace, one group, one sound system! 

| Session 2 |

• 3x Variety Spice Pace Groups (From 6:30km's to Faster speeds) - 3x Groups, 3x soundsystems. Spice up your life baby.

| Session 3 |

• Free Run - Do you what wanna' do on the track! We got the track so might as well use it! Either drop the FNL Track Session we have or run your own session!  Speakers dotted around the track!

Let the music push you forward, and propel each stride as you conquer your kilometres. A perfect blend of rhythm and running.

🎊 Post-Run Pints: The fun doesn't end at the finish line! Transition seamlessly from the run to the chosen social spot and join your fellow runners to celebrate a PB or drown you sorrows. Don't wanna drink? Grab a 0%. We support that - no pressure at FNL to drink if you don't want to. We got you.
